- During the annual Cherry Blossom Festival Double Decker Tours may be operating a slightly different route on the RED line in order to ease the delays caused from traffic/pedestrian congestion around the Tidal Basin area. This fabulous festival attracts millions of visitors over the two weeks of its duration and tour routes can expect severe delays. The Yellow route should remain unaffected. The Blue route will experience slight delays, and the Red route will experience diversions and delays. Download brochure for more information on upcoming events.
