- If your hotel is not in the list, you may choose to proceed to the Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal or be picked up at a hotel in the list that is nearest you. Please indicate your choice upon booking.
- Please call to confirm hotel pick-up 24 hours before your tour date.
- During cherry blossom-blooming period, the Sumida River Cruise will be replaced by cherry blossom viewing in Sumida Park.
- Children 5 years old and below are free of charge, provided they sit on an adult's lap. If they need a seat, they will be charged (child rates).
- The order of visits may change due to the traffic conditions or seasonal reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 7 calendar days before the services begin : You will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 7 and 4 calendar days before the services begin: You will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 3 calendar days before the services begin : You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
- Cancellation the day of the services or after : You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Upon booking, you will receive a voucher by email containing all details about the tour. You can check the status of your booking at anytime.
After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
